True. The natural thing would be for somebody to appoint Jimbo to some judge-for-life office.

Wait-- I have it! Since it's now been 10 years of Wikipedia, what Jimbo has now at WMF, is most like K-12 public school teacher TENURE. Except it's not as contractual as public school teachers get.
