Remember when Jimbo won that coveted Quadriga Award?

Sounds like they have had a few years to pay up, but they're welching on the deal.

Seriously, though. It's not a good award.

In 2004 they gave it to ErdoÄŸan, who is a good Turkish president but far from flawless. And they also gave one to Karzai, whose government is, I guarantee, extremely corrupt....
