_ General Discussion _ Editing to help a friend's gin mill

For the sake of fairness and bringing a little light of day, (Mr. KOSHER will like this) I will point out this little drama, developing, at this place in the Wacky world of wiki, how a protected editor http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Goethean with the help of his little buddy admin http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Gamaliel can help a friend profit from Wikipedia. This may be fun.

The problem though, and maybe MR http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Thekohsercan assist me, is to pursue an AfD to get rid of this "green brew" article about Two Brothers Brewing. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Two_Brothers_Brewing#THIS_BLATANT_ADVERTISING_NEEDS_TO_BE_REMOVED_-_PRONTO may not be easy to do, since the nuts and bolts of wikilaw is not my specialty.

Any rate, practical, absolute proof, that wikipeidians are bold face hypocrites, even on matters of breer. Watch the show. It's worth the sock in the garbage disposal.

I've written maybe half a dozen such articles in exchange for payment with about equal notability and "reliable sources". It would be a bit hypocritical of me to advocate for this one's removal, wouldn't it?

Good misspelling of my name and nickname -- twice -- in the same post, though. That brought a chuckle.

Well, the problem is, they (Wiki) shit canned you for it... now the point I'm making is what is good for you is good for Mr. Scott (Goethean).

Which will just drive them underground, as I was driven underground, free to make money the old-fashioned way... in secret.

It's actually easier to keep tabs on them as is, in the light of disclosure. Advocate for a critical review of their nastiest-tasting beer in a reliable source, then plaster that right smack dab in the Wikipedia article. Then you're using Wikipedia the way it was designed to be -- a big defamation platform.

Have fun!

I'm Polish, which means I'm sometimes to stubborn for my own good... But, You point is good... Unfortunately, it's not really that bad of a place, only small and not really notable.

The reason is MR Scott Z ( see his blog here) is rather a very nasty little hate monger http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Ani#Personal_attacks.2C_copy_vio.2C_removal_of_scholarly_material_at_Wendy_Doniger ( he hates Christianity) and any one who thinks Willberism is not the last word in philosophy, as well as he absolutely hates Republicans with a pathological zeal, only reserved for mass murders and bad card dealers. http://goethean.blogspot.com/2004_10_01_archive.html

And the wiki Lie sausage grinds on.

In looking at this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Two_Brothers_Brewing_%282nd_nomination%29
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Two_Brothers_Brewing

It's clear Wikipedia policy is not important, only in so much as it selectively applied, as it suits the gang.

You can see the hypocrisy and thuggery of Wikipedia, even in beer.

This is why Wikipedia is a Lake of Shit, and should never be trusted. Even beer, on wiki taste like shit.

Looks like the Goethean thug gets his way on his paid brewhouse article.

Rules, you don't need any stinking rules, just a good gang.
