I've not found much joy or interest in the "Is Jimbo the sole founder" debate - as far as I'm concerned, Jimmy's the guy in charge now, Sanger's not, and it doesn't much matter.
Is this evidence to suggest that Jimbo's completely wrong? This is the most damning evidence I've seen on the matter, but it's worth looking at further, I'd think. Of course, when brought up here, MONGO will make sure that such evidence doesn't see the light of day. A hat tip to omega_man, whoever you are. |

Hard to believe that MONGO can get away with these kind of reverts. In any case, that email reference has been floating around for a while now on the talk page for [[Larry Sanger]]. The level of groupthink on this topic within Wikipedia is astonishing.
And possibly the sub-titular phrase you were looking for was "kicking a dead W(h)ale down the beach"? |

MONGO really ought to perform these section blankings more often. He doesn't do them enough, so when he does, it's REALLY OBVIOUS that he's just trying to cover up a painful truth.
Of course, in general he should find a way to be more subtle and not such an apish dullard. |

When Jimbo is eventually ousted, a new Sole-founder will be installed, someone like JoshuaZ or Phil Sandifer. All the references will be amended to airbrush Jimbo from the record and prove beyond doubt that this new God-King initiated the project in 2001.
Jimbo Wales will become an outlaw, an Enemy of the Wiki and another Evil Harasser. He'll be forced to broadcast his founder claims on blogs like AntiSocialMedia.net and internet forums. These assertions will be denounced as "lunatic ravings" by Wiki-demagogues, while children add more and more outlandish trumped-up charges to his biography to mock and goad him. VERY good Kato! Though by 2013 it's probably gonna need a Knol logo at the top & a brief paragraph explaining how WP was (past tense) the free encyclopedia any God King could edit. |
