_ Biographies of Living Persons _ Lance Ulanoff WAS NOT......

Posted by: EricBarbour

It's funny, about nerd's nerd and PC Magazine editor in chief, Lance Ulanoff.

In 2006, someone put in his BLP that he was in the Special Forces.
Then someone added http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Lance_Ulanoff&diff=43153881&oldid=35506872.

Since May 2009, people kept http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Lance_Ulanoff&diff=291508023&oldid=291503684 the "fact" that Ulanoff was in the French Foreign Legion.
The first time it was removed immediately, by the same IP address.

Months later, it was http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Lance_Ulanoff&diff=330471937&oldid=320245222. By a different IP address. (That time, it lasted for http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Lance_Ulanoff&diff=353634788&oldid=350393894.)

And http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Lance_Ulanoff&diff=354479320&oldid=354440790. Once again, it lasted for http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Lance_Ulanoff&diff=377030498&oldid=376984278.

And http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2375754,00.asp Ulanloff, editorializing about this crap.
And being trolled in the comments.

That's how you vandalize Wikipedia, dear friends. biggrin.gif hrmph.gif
