Yes, Elen would've probably had been reelected if a couple of the top nine candidates didn't run in the election, but I still believe that the leak was
a major deciding factor in the election. Look at how the leak affected some of the voter guides:

What made them take a side instead of being wishy-washy? I believe that the leak was the cause. In my opinion, Elen would've had fifty to a hundred more "no votes" if the leak hadn't occurred.
