We certainly have no evidence that Cirt is in Moldova! Anyway, isn't Smeelgova a female Russian name? This chap is clearly not female, and if he speaks Moldovan (which is a dialect of Romanian, and totally different from Russian) he almost certainly wouldn't have a Russian name. I don't believe for a minute that this site is Cirt's.

So...I don't suppose this counts as "conduct unbecoming of an administrator." But then, who knows what might on Commons.

What I meant to write was:
Hey Detective, "Moldovan (which is a dialect of Romanian..." would be slapped with WP:DIGWUREN so fast it would make (insert snowclone phrase here).

What nonsense is this? Moldova was historically always part of Romania until it was annexed by Stalin. It only remains a separate country because the elite there wish to maintain their power base and because it has such a wrecked economy that Romania could not afford to bail it out. Moldovan and Romanian are no more different languages than Serb and Croat. Maybe some people on WP do not know this or more likely would prefer it not to be known. That will come as no surprise to experienced WP watchers.
