Seen the
Charity Navigator report for the Komen Foundation?
Oh looky, all 591 comments were erased. All I see is "591 reviews total. Average rating: 1.3 out of 5"
Try the "Archived Comments". You see stuff like this, over and over.....
"Don't take my word for it, check out this link:
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/12/07/k...e_n_793176.htmlI'm really quite disgusted with the actions of this "charity" looks like its just another corporation trying to gain market share. Suing other charities for copy write infringement is not a good use of donations meant to fight cancer. Absolutely Disgusting."
Apparently this is how Charity Navigator works nowadays--
see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil.
And Twitter and Facebook are on fire with angry rants against Komen
and their fearless leader, Nancy Brinker. They are having a "bad week".
Oh, btw, here's a
factoid I don't see on Charity Navigator:
"Komen made $471m last year, and only $75m went to research. For what cure?"
So much for Charity Navigator.
Puts the Wikimedia Foundation into some perspective, eh?
