If you think that tree-octopus bit was funny......consider this.
On 14 March of this year, someone added something special to the article about the village of Kaster. QUOTE Recently, the town made headlines when a serial rapist dressed as a Blastoise Pokemon raped and killed 65 men. (IMG:smilys0b23ax56/default/laugh.gif) He posted his "achievement" on Reddit two weeks ago. (Note how he is flamed by a user called "electronics-engineer", who belabors him with WP:POINT like a madman.) And he posted it on Reddit again today. Once again, he gets flamed, by a sanctimonious Wiki-fan named "npod". Is it me, or do electronics-engineer and npod seem like arrogant pricks? And now I wonder what their Wikipedia login names are. Luckily, the Wiki-fans were voted down, because most Redditors thought this was a funny prank. (Why Blastoise? Because he's a popular meme....) This post has been edited by EricBarbour: |

There should be a robot at Wikipedia that scours the database for articles that are less than 500 words, lacks any sources, and has remained that way for more than a month, and automatically erase them. If such a robot was unleashed, how many articles would fall? It depends upon the speed of the second robot, the one which contrivedly lengthens each stub to 501 words. |
