Perhaps, or perhaps he's being sarcastic.
There is a LOT of crap about pro wrestling on en-WP. I figure it's either the 2nd or 3rd most popular sports subject, after football and (maybe) cricket. Everything the WWE has ever done since the 1990s is detailed with loving care. Every major wrestler, no matter how absurd or stupid his ring persona might be, enjoys a long and trivia-filled BLP.
