He's requested adminship on the sole base that he's huggling all the time (vandal fighting)... I know that's he didn't one single constructive edit on the english Wikipedia. I mean, all he does is reverting vandals... Does he evens merits that admin flags even if it's solely based on pure vandal fighting?

Here's one drama that happened to him... Earlier this summer, Drini the steward accidently oversighted and locked his username after a slash of attack usernames against him...

What do you think?

I think this is a topic about which there is nothing of interest to be said. Wikipedia is teeming with bad administrators; one more will not change that.

Nope, it's Wikipedia's loss, so long as they keep discouraging content creators, in favor of wargamers.

So far, he's got 70 support, 33 oppose, 13 neutral, and a lot of lengthy ranting about his undesirability.

Oh, btw, here's his first RFA.
And he was formerly known as Until_It_Sleeps, which went thru three, count'em three, failed RFAs.
Hasn't reached the record yet. Only tied with Everyking and a couple others, at 5 fails.

Jaranda had to do it SEVEN times before pulling it off.
TenPoundHammer did it 7 times and failed every time.
Far as I can see, those were the record RfA attempts, that I can find. Not counting the really
crazy ones who kept changing their names without disclosure.......you know who you are......
