I am discussing his actions as "governor" here, and his role here (and on related projects like Commons), as e.g. described in [[WP:AP]]. [[Dictator]]: "In modern usage, the term "dictator" is generally used to describe a leader who holds and/or abuses an extraordinary amount of personal power, especially the power to make laws without effective restraint by a legislative assembly". He has the power and right to undo admin and arbcom actions, to wheel war, to ignore policies, and so on. Please indicate which other term I should have used instead of "benevolent dictator" to describe this.
