There's been a jimmy_wales twitter for ages. Either he renamed the account, or created a new one. Still interesting that he's tweeting more actively now.

Jimbo recently posted on his talk page to confirm that @Jimmy_Wales is his account. I suppose it is possible that @WikipediaPR is intended to repost his tweets plus additional PR stuff, but why would it be called "Jimmy Wales"?
