However, since she is an admin who doesn't actually do article work, she gets a pass.
The most hilarious part is where she claims a page is "infantile and puerile" but then attacks people for summarizing that as her saying a page is "bad." Really? Really? You make really strong negative characterizations of a page then take fake offense at someone saying you are making negative statements?

sad aint it? But i think this could describe various mods on various Internet forum but since that is irrelevant to this site or wikipedia then I'm not going to name any name or forums.

Well, go to Facebeek and tell Tracy she's being a little child on Wikipedia and that she needs to behave correctly.
