Really, is http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Lereah necessary?
Admittedly Lereah wrote a lot of real-estate-pumping books and articles, but he's no guiltier than
thousands of others in creating the real-estate bubble. I'd place more blame on the sleazy bankers
and government swells who aggressively encouraged people to speculate using subprime ARMs.
So why does Lereah deserve a BLP that seeks to portray him (repeatedly) as a joke?
He's already being http://www.boingboing.net/2011/04/28/hilarious-book-revie.html on Amazon.
