Wikipedians are struggling with finding a "neutral" / "objective" answer to this one.

I also gave my standard "WP:Canvassing is a stupid policy" speech:

Here's a permalink of Talk page at the time of this post. The entire talk page as of now is about moving the "People's Republic of China" article to simply "China". China being a nation, and the PRC being one of two states claiming to be representative of the whole nation (the mainland + Taiwan).

I also complained about Quigley's pro-PRC meddling in the past:

http://wikipediareview.com/index.php?showt...ear#entry260567

I'm the only one who noticed Quigley's activities:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:2011_Xilinhot_incident

Quigley prefers the official PRC's position to anything else.

Quigley denies having strong feelings for China:

Yet he also seems very protective of China, or maybe I'm jumping to conclusions again.

[...] Xinjiang, which as we all know, is an integral part of the motherland since ancient times. [[User:Shrigley|Shrigley]] ([[User talk:Shrigley|talk]]) 03:04, 24 September 2012 (UTC)

Hey Shrigley, your pro-PRC-ness is showing. He also removed "humans rights" from the introduction of the "Rebiya Kadeer" article:

http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=...oldid=507350260

He made the "Rebiya Kadeer" article more negative. He rewrote the article in order to make Rebiya Kadeer appears as if she and her family were evil criminals. Shrigley is punishing "Rebiya Kadeer" for being an anti-PRC separatist (for being against the "integrity" of Shrigley's "motherland").
