then the aforementioned assertions above are irrelevant and 'whackjob-related' and "so what"? I think the backdoor negotiations are going on precisely because there is truth in the assertions, and either you are naiive, or you know it damned well. My guess is that you are naiive. You've been at odds with her, and you'd like to work you way back in the fold. Fair enough.
Tell her to go back through her entire history, and to erase every false accusation she's made against every person on the planet, and then apologize to each and every one, including but not limited to TH, the Congressional guy, and then this gets tar pitted - but only on the stated promise that she goes and sins no more.
There's your negotiation, Pro. She'll never do it, as it involves apologizing and admitting bad behavior, two things at which she is notoriously bad - even moreso than at sleuthing. And
Lise's sliming of Kohs two days ago (online Skype chat) is evidence that she can't stop attacking people - veiled attacks, unveiled attacks - she loves kicking people in the face online. She can't quit being aggressive any more than she can quit editing Wikipedia. The former is who she is, the latter what gives her life meaning. I hasten to emphasize:
