Now, the big question is... did Jimbo authorize and approve of this use of his personality rights?

That's hilarious. Now I'm waiting for someone to create a huge on-line game based on Jimbo's personality, where thousands of players vie for influence and acquire magical online powers based on forming alliances and engaging in intrigues... oops, never mind.

They may have also been liable for false advertising, based on the thick hair they had affixed to Jimbo's dome.

For posterity's sake, in case even the press release needs to be removed.
