Raul wants to be the FA dictator-for-life and he's going to pummel anyone that tries to take power away from him. I can't believe he's allowed to get away with that kind of behavior. I very much doubt the accuracy of this. I suspect that the great majority of Wikipedians have never heard of Raul. Of course, that depends partly on how one defines Wikipedians, but even if you mean those who have made say 100 edits it is probably true. All you can say is that a majority of those few Wikipedians who know about Raul and his functions and who can be bothered to express a view say such.
