I know a Russian guy who says that the Russian Wikipedia is quite different from its English counterpart, a great deal obviously owing to significantly different outlooks and cultural biases between the two cultures. Oftentimes Russian articles are quite a bit better than their English-language counterparts as well.
Of course there are crazy people on the Russian Wiki as well. Apparently there was a would-be admin (who lost nominations but still had influence in the community) who said that all "Jewish sources" (that is, Jewish authors, etc.) should be ignored because they are anti-white. He was fairly active but is now blocked.
