What award category combines the illusion of good intentions, mixes it with tl;dr commentary, a lifer attitude to the Wik, and boils it all down into a complete lack of followthrough or (indeed) any meaningful accomplishment? On a similar note, if my suggestion for the Forgotten but not Gone category had been taken up, I might nominate Alison (T-C-L-K-R-D) , who continues to enforce absurd Wiki-policy, then hangs out and kvetches about it.
