QUOTE(Sarcasticidealist @ Thu 1st April 2010, 3:08pm) QUOTE(Sarcasticidealist @ Wed 31st March 2010, 2:09am) QUOTE(victim of censorship @ Wed 31st March 2010, 1:03am) Just wonder any body know about Tim Song and Tedder?? Off-wiki, I believe both are active in Chicago street gangs. I should point out to anybody who might be stumbling in here without context that I have no reason to believe that either admin is actually active in Chicago street gangs; my suggestion that they were was intended to ridicule Vic's fixation on comparing Wikipedia's governance to that of a Chicago street gang. Rather a poor attempt at humour, probably, but nowhere near my worst. Wikipedia governance, those two words are an Oxymoron. There is no governance, not in the sense of what most people understand the word. What Wikipedia governance is more akin to 1920's Chicago during the beer wars between the rival gangs. TO tarc... .my response is {expletives deleted}. This post has been edited by Somey:

QUOTE(CharlotteWebb @ Thu 1st April 2010, 1:24pm) Quoted for truth. Well, I have asked Mr. Tarc to stop baiting Mr. Victim, and he doesn't seem to want to stop... At the same time, it does seem a little odd that Mr. Victim would be involved in trying to delete articles about microbreweries, since these are local businesses that contribute at least something to the local economies in which they operate, and that's something a pro-business conservative such as Mr. Victim should (in theory) support. Though many would also argue that such establishments mostly just serve to get more people drunk before they drive home and beat up their kids. I'm assuming Mr. Tarc didn't look at the contribs for Tim Song (T-C-L-K-R-D)
or Tedder to see just what was really going on, which is perhaps unfortunate. Anyway, one thing we do know is that Goethean (T-C-L-K-R-D)
likes beer. A lot. He doesn't really hide his identity anymore, so it's easy to find him all over the internet promoting beer, as well as his primary topic interest, that of Ken Wilber's so-called "Integralism" mumbo-jumbo. It strikes me that "Integralism" is precisely the sort of thing that an habitual beer-drinker would become involved with in lieu of an actual life philosophy... I started writing a lengthy thread-start (or maybe it should be a blog post) about "Wilberism" cult-promotion on Wikipedia, but still haven't finished it... sorry about that! Goethean is only slightly less obvious than someone like Jossi or Bksimonb (T-C-L-K-R-D)
in that regard, and considerably more successful at it than others we've seen - some of whom are far more reasonable about it too, such as our very own HRIP7 (aka Jayen466Â (T-C-L-K-R-D)
).

Well, I have asked Mr. Tarc to stop baiting Mr. Victim, and he doesn't seem to want to stop... Oh, stop being such a nancy-boy. So, some users are making wiki-articles to advertise non-notable breweries. In the grand scheme of all that is wrong with the Wikipedia, from ideological battlegrounds to unsourced BLP nightmares to dubious gay porn bios, THIS is what you want to rally the troops around? "JoeHazleton" is this; (IMG: http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y169/tarc0917/tbprotester.jpg) and this; (IMG: http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y169/tarc0917/tcvictim.jpg) type of "conservative". Don't pretend that a rational, lucid conversation can ever be had with this. This post has been edited by Tarc:

May be he's one of goadhead (Gothenan's) buddies protecting Two brothers brewery. This guy is your typical wikipediot intelligentsia. QUOTE Borchardt contends Huber angrily followed her into the building and up the staircase leading to her office, where he began shouting at her and pounding on her door while she hid on the floor behind a chair. Huber — who was arrested later on misdemeanor charges of trespassing and disorderly conduct — maintains he was inside a public building and merely trying to ascertain Borchardt's identity. Kinda fits your stalking of Gothean to a T, actually.
