On one level, I am all for Indians to be incorporated into the project. There are a lot of educated Indians and they could do wonder by employing and giving equal rights to women ahead of men. I just think they should be paid for their work. India has enough real problems for its middle classes to address without being sucked into Nawab Jimbo Wale's
black hole.
In fact, I think that 'ethically', in order to gain best return on donors investment, they ought move the whole damn caboodle over to India and chuck out all the overpaid North Americans except a single fundraiser/PR/whatever.
