No, I think the original was correct. As in, it looks like somebody was actually starting to give a shit. Just a bit.

And look how far we've come! Somebody starting to TALK about BLP reform. And stern treatment of BLP vandals!

How long before we realize that there is no solution here but NO BLP? If you yourself, Sarc, had a nice long Smith BLP up on WP, inviting all to take a swing at it, I think you'd see this intuitively. Sigh. Is that what passes for rebellion these days? Once upon a time, Son, we had streaking and acid, sit-ins and street-riots. Of course that would all come back in no time if we had the draft again. So I suppose it all accomplished something. God knows what the U.S. would have done by now, if they'd had a draft pool to do it with....
