It's nothing but uninteresting, long racist crap.
I've been so used to seeing racist stuff that's non-serious and merely trolling I forgot what real racism looks like.

On a purely technical note, that site is not in fact using MediaWiki. *looks* Just the monobook theme.

Yup. It's using http://www.pmwiki.org/, but you can still snoop around a bit. http://www.chimpout.org/wiki/pmwiki.php?n=Main.HomePage?action=diff of the contributors' IP addresses, for example.
BTW - the article, http://www.chimpout.org/wiki/pmwiki.php?n=PmWiKi.TheEndOfWhiteGuilt which rails on about American politics, Barack Obama, etc ... was uploaded by some basement-dweller from London
and their domain was registered by http://www.whoisguard.com/ - lol cowards 
Their site is being hosted by http://www.networksolutions.com/ out of Dallas, though.

http://www.metapedia.org/ is pretty horrible and does actually use mediawiki, especially as it's not immediately noticeable just how horribly racist it is.
