I smiled when I read Newyorkbrad's first response to the Sarah Palin RFAR request, and thought it worth sharing here

QUOTE

Leaning toward acceptance , but awaiting statements from MZMcBride and others involved before reaching a final conclusion. I am tempted in any event, however, to propose an injunction compelling Doc glasgow to stay unretired. Newyorkbrad (talk) 18:20, 4 September 2008 (UTC)

Yeah, brad's actually got a sense of humor. He's making me re-think the urban legend that all lawyers get humor-ectomies and ethic-ectomies when they pass the bar wink.gif

Hopefully not. Think of that on top of Brad Patrick's orchiectomy and chronic fatigue syndrome.

Studying law actually rewires the brain to a certain "cloned" outlook. I saw this effect with some of my Alma Mater lawyer friends who developed wry senses of humour, and always so careful in their deliberations.

I believe that all habitual criminals should be forced to first study, and obtain a law degree before parole is granted, as the rewiring effect would turn them away from crime, and maybe even into the advocacy field. smile.gif
