FT2 accuses Arbcom Options

A long question to Coren from FT2 here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Arb...Coren/Questions , accusing Arbcom of 'gaming' the elections this time last year.

An arbitrator has just emailed me to say that he found the whole thing problematic all along (yes but why didn't you say so at the time).
