According to the free encyclopedia, a person named http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeremy_Jaynes is notable because he was a "prolific email spammer".
The third edit to the page, in 2004, was this:
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Jeremy_Jaynes&diff=7364702&oldid=7364643
An associate of the person edited under an account http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/JeremyJaynes
to remove references to unfounded claims, in 2005.
Some editors thought he also did something less pleasing than spamming, even.
FT2 was there correcting a term (in 2005)...
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Jeremy_Jaynes&diff=28440213&oldid=23016478
BrentsWikiEditAccount, years later (in 2008), reminds people of these not very legal things, including "horsey porn":
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Jeremy_Jaynes&diff=249104590&oldid=249083685
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Jeremy_Jaynes&diff=next&oldid=249104590
Livingbiography proceeds to remove the claims:
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Jeremy_Jaynes&diff=next&oldid=249114980
And then long details on convictions, sentences, hearings, trials.
The result is that people read about this person described on Wikipedia, which went from "prolific email spammer" to "horsey porn" in 3-4 years, and other stuff, which may be true, may be false, may be partially true and partially false, who knows. The links went from a bunch to just one right now.
Another example of a good evolution for a biography!
I say that since this is a BLP it must be moved at once to the BLP forum where it will be hidden from search engines. Here it can get onto Google and further spread whatever is on that article. That is not at all desirable! If there are no moderators around I urge you to blank the post immediately and start a new thread.
