Looks quite likely with the similar interest in South Asian and British subjects. Hornplease stopped editing on 27th Sept, Relata started at the beginning of October. It looks as if Hornplease had a little bit of a falling out with the famous Mr Hicks

The issue seems daft. The Nobel Prize for Economics was split between three people this year. I am informed that all three are practising Jews. Even if people have suggested that they may have other affiliations, that scarcely justified falsely claiming that they aren't Jews.

I can only assume that was a mistake, and he reverted an intervening edit that he didnt meant to when he reverted to his own version, meaning only to re-add his comment.
