Amusing, if overly silly satire.
If you ask me, we need as much of this sort of thing as we can get. Nothing will slow Wikipedia down more than to be made a laughingstock, since (IMO) that's the most effective way to dry out the well of new contributors. And it's not like it really does any good to acually correct the factual errors or point out the abusive-editor behavior, after all...?
