Apparently, I don't have permission to post in the "Anti-Wikimedia/Beyond Wikimedia" board. Why is this?

Posting permissions are assigned by usergroup in that forum. I consider that to be primarily Qwerty's forum, so you might try asking him for full access- although if I understand correctly, he'd rather not have Wikipedia admins in there, for a variety of reasons. Mostly, as far as I understand, because Wikipedia admins by nature are not anti-Wikimedia, and that's the whole point of the sub-board.

We decided for various reasons to have some "exclusive" sub forums. This was proposed back at the old board, and it seems to be working. There are open forums too, and generally speaking if you are on the "right" side, you'll be given access. That forum's access is controlled exclusively by Qwerty, so he is the one to ask.

It's so because Wikimedia administrators are not allowed in.

I don't think he's going to be an admin much longer anyway. Welcome to wikipedia review.
