As mentioned on the Aitias thread, he wrote a letter of resignation on 12 March.

And this morning, after watching the Aitias RFAR debacle, he finally did it.
(As of 1pm California time, anyway.)

Sorry it had to come down to trouts, Seicer. Going to make it permanent?

I haven't made that public yet, so not yet (soon, though). I'm just wanting to return as an active editor and get out of the hell that is adminship and Wikipedia drama and politics. I have a few more bold statements I'd like to make before I quit.
