_ The Wikipedia Annex _ Communications favor

I have a question that I'd like to ask http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Emw, but the WikiPolice have disabled even my ability to sign into "Thekohser" account for purposes of sending e-mail to other users of Wikipedia.
I just want to ask him if he's still working on http://toolserver.org/~emw/wikistats/, or is it indefinitely off-line? It would be really helpful for me to have it working, for my presentation to the high schoolers next week.
Meanwhile, this tool also http://en.wikichecker.com/ -- is it working for anyone else?

They are not the "same" tools, but the Emw tool I am interested in does, in fact, use the same data that the stats.grok.se tool from Henrik uses, except that the Emw tool graphs the data between any two chosen dates (not just a month-by-month view); and the Emw tool allows for multiple articles to be portrayed on the same graph.
