sent this am.... I like having things on the record

What makes you qualified to edit MY Wikipedia entry? You're a nothing from the UK who thinks that he is empowered by working on a cultic loser website. Torso is not in any stage of production? How do you know? Do some research loser- I have been at war with your people for years now- I have stayed quiet this whole year because they protected the page and I have better things to do. You should stay the f--- away because otherwise you'll be the one to have re-started the war. Just edit Sonic The Hedgehog and he'll be your bestest friend I promise.

Well, I think this is just a simple misunderstading. The reference to the David Fincher film Torso, which was added all the way back in early 2007, is simply out-of-date - the reference should not have been removed, but rather changed to "Ness," since that's the project's new title ("Torso" was the title of the book the movie is based on). Also, the release date has been moved up to 2012, but since the world will end that year (according to Nostradamus and the Mayan Calendar), Mr. Husted may have felt as though there was no point in including it.

Meanwhile, I assume Husted's MySpace page is this one? He could have figured this stuff out himself, of course, if he had tried - but unfortunately he's a Wikipedia user.

I just think he should leave my page alone. We are at a delicate stage in the war. No one has been killed in battle in months. Why provoke?

That Oscar Wilde, he was pretty spot on about the narcissistic personality type wasn't he?

I would ask you what you are talking about but then I saw you were referring to Harlan Ellison

I agree, pretty much. Maybe they drew straws, and he lost? (IMG:smilys0b23ax56/default/unsure.gif)

I guess my only real question would be, if he had changed the title "Torso" to "Ness," and the "2009" to "2012," would you have reacted the same way? In other words, are edits that improve the accuracy of the filmography, without actually removing things, to be considered provocations?

where is this 2012 shit coming from? It's either gonna be 2010 or never happen with Fincher

and as long as I can delude myself that the thing is locked in an inoffensive state and once a month check in and see no changes then there is peace on the beach- editing it at all is the problem because they cannot be trusted- not one of them

What's with this "check once a month" bullshit? You just happened to be doing your monthly check immediately after Darrenhusted made that change? Your Blackberry probably starts playing Ride of the Valkyries when it gets an email that someone has touched your article. Hey, if I had a bio on WP, I'd probably do the same thing, but you seem to have a problem with telling the truth.

What are you talking about? Since when did WP offer email updates whenever there is a change to a watchlisted article?
