Sophie - November to December 2010, probably on both ArbCom and functionaries lists if you have the archives for the latter too?

Abd [AC cases/Fritzpoll/EnergyNeutral] (various)

Activity might begin as early as 25 April 2009, with the opening of Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Abd and JzG

However, that first RfAr was pretty uncontroversial, really; what would be interesting would be if bias were earlier revealed. What was in public seemed fine, as to any arbitrator behavior.

Things got intense during Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Case/Abd-William M. Connolley where certain arbitrators ignored the proposals of the drafting arb -- who had actually investigated -- and the decision radically reversed.

Later, there were massive gaps in my activity with probable gaps in mention of me and related issues, but matters continued to be brought before ArbComm, almost entirely raised by others, until I finally requested clarification at the end of April, 2011, which request was refused. I did email arbcom-l in early May, as I recall.

While any prior mentions of me would be unlikely, they would of course be of interest to me.

Anything relating to Fritzpoll's mentorship offer for me in late 2009 or early 2010, and his later resignation, would be of interest.

EnergyNeutral was just me, so almost certainly Abd would be mentioned if this even came up. EnergyNeutral was entirely May, 2011.

Please note that it wasn't me that requested the "Jimbo blocks Bishonen" topic. But if the more specific dates would be convenient, here they are:

22 May 2009: Jimbo blocked me for three hours. http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3ALog&type=block&user=Jimbo+Wales&page=User%3ABishonen&year=&month=-1&tagfilter= I think, per gossip I've heard, that there was some hot action on ArbCom-L about that block.

20 July 2009: I filed for arbitration of Jimbo. http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Case&oldid=306113495

1-3 August 2009: After much discussion, some of which I had access to, ArbCom refused a full case and instead passed a motion reproaching me muchly and Jimbo a smidgeon: http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Case&oldid=306113495#Proposed_motion.

I believe the key dates for Cool3 would be about January 13, 2010 through February 8, 2010. I'll be curious to see what the esteemed ArbCom had to say about that one!

from the list, Abd [Abd and WMC case] (no date).

This was actually the most significant case, it was a precursor to the Climate Change arbitration, a place where ArbComm dodged the opportunity to address the Climate Change cabal. Formal name: Abd-William M. Connolley.

Case Opened on 11:57, 15 July 2009 (UTC)
Case Closed on 22:30, 13 September 2009 (UTC)

    There were clarification requests

September 17, 2009, filed by IP, allegedly it was me, but it wasn't, archived , archived October 10
January 1, 2010, filed by me, archived January 10.
    January 11, 2010 , filed by William M. Connolley, archived February 2.
January 27, 2010, filed by me, archived March 10
March 16, 2010, filed by Enric Naval, archived 7 April.

The April/May activity, 2011, was already provided, thanks.

There were arbitration enforcement requests relating to this case, filed
    31 December, 2009, by MastCell
    27 February, 2010, by SamJohnston
17 March, 2010, by Enric Naval
    18 June, 2010, by Hipocrite
    5 January, 2011, by TenOfAllTrades

I don't know if the enforcement requests received any ArbComm attention.

Geez, I really was harassed, I never compiled a list of these in one place. Seems to me I missed an AE request, too.

I would be curious to see the behind-the-scenes discussion that led to http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia%3ARequests_for_arbitration%2FC68-FM-SV%2FProposed_decision&action=historysubmit&diff=224555537&oldid=223234937 in early July 2008.

Thirded. I was just starting to read WR before I joined it a little bit later and, after rereading the PD page, forgot how long it took them to make a decision on this case. This would probably be the case I'm most interested reading about. I am curious to see how much private activity was going on while everyone was waiting around trying to find out what the outcome will be.

Actually, any discussion that took place before or after that proposal might be illuminating.

    Fourth.
Also, the http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Requests_for_arbitration/Allegations_of_apartheid, in Aug., Oct-2007, was a fascinating case, me think.

Frankly, there are far too many incidents for me to place a date on this. I am, however, very well informed on the GNAA-Wikipedia relationship and could most likely place a date on this if/when this is made public.

The incident is probably included in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:GNAA_History, BTW.
