ArbCom declined to answer the question of whether the RfC was a normative instance of Due Process (and not a routine instance of a http://moultonlava.blogspot.com/search?q=English+Wiki+RfC). But the episode, while eminently forgettable, as http://newscafe.ansci.usu.edu/~bkort/FloNight.IRC.html, might have been one datum in AGK's decision to abandon the Puerile Pogrom Parade that Wikipedia has since revealed itself to be.
