I think we need to promptly point out that David did not _register_
'WatchingWhales' and 'A Knavish Bonded' with arbcom; they are not
approved by Arbcom.

I am concerned that there will be a perception that Arbcom approved
two socks, and maybe more.

It appears that Frank knew about about 'A Knavish Bonded' in July 2008.

And we were alerted to WatchingWhales a while ago.

In addition, Jimmy, myself and a few other arbs were told about 'A
Knavish Bonded' on November 4, but the evidence linking them was not
provided.

A Knavish Bonded was an obvious sock. That's why I joke that I preferred
the username "Bad Hands Above." Anagram, who fought the same wars as David.
