What is up with JohnWBarber, that he's needed to make so many WP account name changes?

This is my current account. My former accounts are User:Noroton, User:CountryDoctor, User:Reconsideration and User:Picabu (this last one redirects here), as well as the WikiCommons account User:Amg37.

User:Reconsideration2 is an alternate account of this one which is used for security reasons in logging in at public computer terminals.

I had a major problem with him because he kept making the rediculous "____ (Year) in poetry" articles, which are just categories put in article space. Very annoying, and he spammed it to as many articles as he could. I didn't know that was Noroton.

Mr. Barber/Noroton/whatever and I can't seem to get along, but that's mostly my fault, really. His WR account is not currently suspended, but I can understand why he wouldn't want to return here as a participant - it would only be a matter of time, really. Perhaps it would be best to maintain the status quo for now.

Basically, he was adding huge glaring links to a worthless page in Featured Articles to possibly use as a "hey, I wrote content too" type of thing later. That kind of thing just grates on my nerves.

But surely you find his tendency to change usernames on a semi-regular basis to be more objectionable...? I thought that was "Ottava's Numero Uno Pet Peeve." Or does he do it in a way that's more acceptable, generally speaking? Or maybe for reasons that are more justifiable?

And what are you doing posting so much on a Sunday, anyway? I thought you were supposed to be praying, or fasting, or whatever. Though I guess the Feast of the Ascension isn't for a couple of weeks...

Wow. Mass in the AM and massless after that. See, there's still a gap between the Church and physics. And good thing absolution lasts 24 hours, or else you'd have a have a vespersian confessional too.

I'm thinking there would be a hot market for an absolution that lasts a whole week, for purposes of covering you against accident while on vacation or something. Or maybe such a thing exists, and I just missed it.

Would it help if I told you that I volunteering with the Knights of Columbus from 2PM until 1AM yesterday and still made it to mass? By the way, 7:30 mass isn't something to laugh at. No Catholic goes to "all day mass". We don't offer it. You can have communion once, and beyond communion there is no real mass.

But if one of your friends betrays you and tells the evil WR people what your new username is, then your new account is considered to have been "donkeyed" (i.e., a Wiki Donkey), because whereas a mule is usually sterile, a donkey is not, and can (and in this case, will) therefore breed more WP accounts, but this time not telling quite as many people. (Donkeys are, of course, known for their discretion.) In addition, a donkey is also known as an "ass," whereas a mule generally is not, though most people can't tell the two apart.

Kinda like Snocrates. When it was discovered during his request for adminship he was using two accounts in tandem, he stopped using both accounts. 7 hours later he created his Good Olfactory account. 5 months after that he became an administrator, thanks mostly to Wizardman's nomination that didn't mention the deception. Of course, even Snocrates wasn't his first account.
