Sorry to resurrect this old thread, but someone was asking me if it was true that Jimbo pockets all of his speaking engagement money, even if he spends most of the time talking about the non-profit Wikipedia project.

So, I wanted to provide this important link to when this practice was established.

Over on the Foundation-l archives themselves, the post is entirely rendered in a crazy format, perhaps so that people won't actually read it.
