But with that ruling, JzG, SV, Jayjg, Cberlet, and all other Cabalists should be banned by now.

The Cliqueistas love to cite ArbCom statements as if they were policy; they do it all the time with regard to BADSITES (though not as often these days, given that the case on that subject ended up so inconclusively; still, the older MONGO case occasionally gets cited). Next time somebody in the Clique insists on immunity for their own bad behavior on the grounds of their being the victim of harassment, everybody should cite this finding back at them.
