By Jerry Sowden - The dog days of summer and Friday's continued searing heat had many in the region looking for a way to cool down, including Chris Budzinski of Oil City and his dog, Molly. Budzinski made a short stop in Oil Creek State Park to let Molly fetch sticks in the cool water of Oil Creek.
