There is a big thread here about the Arbcom "Badsites" case, but it is only one of a trifecta of moronic, corrupt behaviour there.

1. Allegations of Apartheid -- This is such a clear case of violation of Wikipedia spirit and policy that the infamous SlimVirgin minion Jayjg was centrally involved. A bunch of pro-Israel editors, including Jayjg, upset at mere existence of the article "Allegations of Israeli Apartheid", but unable to legitimately delete it, decided to make it look silly by creating a half-dozen other "Allegations of ... Apartheid" articles, bravely pointing out American, French, Brazilian, Chinese, and -- wait for it -- Puerto Rican apartheid. A clearer case of the wiki-silly policy WP:POINT there never was. However, while the "arbitrators" generally agree on the facts, they can't agree on any remedy, except a "general amnesty" for everyone involved! No meaningful mention of Jayjg, who was been reported to been actively lobbying Arbcom on the secret mailing list (of which he is a member), no real decision of any kind. What a joke! And it is a joke that will soon head into its second month.

2. SevenOfDiamonds -- This is somewhat different. User "SevenOfDiamonds" has had the temerity of standing up to arch-dickhead MONGO, who has been stalking him and accusing him of sock-puppetry, regardless of multiple administrators and checkusers testifying to the contrary. Now the arbitratrors, acting as detectives as well as judge, jury, and executioner, have decided that Seven is "obviously a sock", even though they don't know who it is! Nonetheless, this has been on the docket for a month now, with only two arbs participating -- and those on opposite sides of each question. What a joke!

3. Attack sites -- The crowning achievement, covered well elsewhere on this Forum. This is the ArbCom that finally pulled SlimVirgin out of her hole, again with wild ranting about "actionable libel" (always a favourite) and pedophilia. Elsewhere, Freddie ("Krueger") Bauder is going nuts trying to ban Cyde, not even a party to this, for blocking SlimVirgin's sockpuppet, an issue that seems entirely unrelated to BADSITES. Watch the fireworks!

What do these and other ludicrous ArbCom cases mean? They collectively mean that ArbCom is irredeemably broken, corrupt, and stupid. They accept evidence secretly, conduct independent investigations and rule on them without revealing the results, they allow themselves to be shamelessly lobbied in private by powerful admins like Slim and Jayjg.

Some of the most cabal-ish admins have asked for Bauder's ouster. How can anyone place faith in this institution anymore?
