I don't know if any of you know much about Jéské (well, I'm sure Alison does; he passes suspected sockpuppets to her so she can run a checkuser), but I have strong reason to believe that Jéské has a lot of trouble in assuming good faith.

It's been said before that other users like Ryulong and possibly Sceptre have a strong dislike of 4chan and the related culture, but Jéské's possibly worse than either of those two in terms of actively showing his hatred of 4chan in his edits on Wikipedia. He has two talkpages - one for "legitimate discourse", and his main talk page which anyone can edit. He claims on his second talk page that his main talk page is currently serving as a 'honeypot', so that he can 'shut IPs down for three months apiece'. (see here) Although he claims not to insult them in this diff, he does insult them on other talk pages.

If you look here there is a clear history of harassment guided by Grawp telling people on 4chan's /b/ to attack his talk page. However, instead of staying calm, Jeske has actively tried to fight against channers and insult them, claiming he wants to DDoS 4chan (see here) and describes the site as a "rat's nest" (see here). This seems to violate the civility policy.

I didn't know that posting "HAGGER?" on a talk page because someone told you to was worthy of a 3-month block. It seems an incredibly harsh assumption of bad faith - who's to say that these IPs will never edit constructively, or register an account? Most of them guided by Grawp don't even know what they're doing when they save the page, so who's to say that one of them isn't going to start learning the policies and guidelines and become a productive editor? And since when did Wikipedia policy even permit admins to 'honeypot' their talk pages?

He also keeps a close eye on the 4chan and List of Pokémon (241-260) talk pages, and even has his own FAQ as to why there can be no mention of the mudkips meme. Almost all of his edits here are with a condescending, aggressive tone to them, and he often uses edit summaries that suggest his animosity towards /b/ culture in general.

In his RFA he was described as very civil by Alison (see here), but time has shown that to be untrue.

Anyone else feel that he has acted in a questionable way as an admin?

I should also say that it's interesting how he goes against the flow in the MfD for Grawp's categories and userpages. He has an interesting take on things.

Oh, and before I forget, he made an implied death threat against Grawp. Quick, see it before it's oversighted!

Just in case it is oversighted...
