Jimbo's browser favorites Options Rating

Jimbo commented back in 2006 that the two sites he visits every day are:

I have Firefox setup with 2 homepages: my Campaigns Wikia userpage, and my English Wikipedia userpage.

Here we are in the very heat of a US presidential election showdown, and take a look at the content on Campaigns Wikia lately.

Looks like the electoral calendar of Indonesia is the real "campaigns" hot-spot!

Strange that Jimbo hasn't posted one electron of content to that site since September 22, 2006. He promised us in July 2006 that he was "wildly psyched about the campaigns wikia, so I plan to hang out here a LOT".

Funny how Jimbo could be "wildly psyched" about something, make it one of the two daily webpages he visits, then be completely DONE with it three months later.

What does this tell editors of Wikipedia about his long-term commitment to them?

Also, how telling was Jimbo's final edit to Campaigns Wikia:

I'm personally leaning toward something like: "Stalking you, Jimbo? You mean 'stalking', similar to how you went way out of your way to track down and interfere with the success of a business for which you yourself outlined its tactical business model? If that's what you mean by 'stalking', then yes, consider yourself perpetually stalked all over the Internet. In light of your more recent portrayals in the media, I reckon my efforts have been more 'productive' than you fancy."

Simply notify him that you're copying Jimbo's bio to Knol, under editorship of G. Kohs. World invited to edit. Promise you'll treat the thing as repectfully as ordinary BIOs are treated on WP, not those of the God-king. Tell him the bio of Mel Gibson on WP will be your model, so there's no chance of foul play or sniping. Appropriate subarticles as needed, just as with Mel. No vandalism allowed. He's welcome to comment, just as he would if he were a peon on WP.

And there you are. Tell him to enjoy. As the FULL story of Jimbo's life, sourced and documented, it will surely eventualy reach a page rank on google better than the tasteless WP product.

I decided to go with my own retort, hoping that if maybe I spell out clearly enough for Jimbo, perhaps he will finally understand why I particularly loathe him (apart from the dozens or hundreds of other people who loathe him for their own particular reasons).

Your acknowledgement that I don't like you serves me no purpose. What I would prefer is that you publicly admit to and apologize for the shabby treatment that you wrought upon me in early October 2006. That is when you reneged on a public agreement that you had made with me, whereby I could productively create GFDL content about businesses on my own website, without having you defame me on Wikipedia. You failed to live up to that concordat, yet you've never apologized for this egregious lapse of yours. That you would respond to an accusation of hypocrisy with another hypocritical deflection of your culpability onto "the Wikipedia community" is no surprise to me, nor to the dozens (or is it now hundreds?) of people who have figured you out, Jimbo. Between the date of our concordat (August 9, 2006) and your blocking my account and defacing my User page (October 5, 2006), I was working quite trouble-free as far as the Wikipedia community was concerned. No, what derailed my enterprise was your reneging on our agreement on October 5, 2006 and using my User page to write a screed against my company (which you've conveniently oversighted, so that nobody can see now how rashly and unethically you acted that day). My troubles with "the community" only followed that moment in time, and so were quite related to you and your decision. You failure to admit that obvious fact is testimony enough of your true character, Jimmy. I can assure you that your life is not improved by fixating on denying every rightful criticism ever leveled against you by anyone. I suppose in your mind, we're all crazy stalkers.
