My 94-year-old grandmother, still sharp as a tack, is a life-long crossword puzzle master and Scrabble virtuoso. Daily crosswords take time, and arguably these days she has that kind of time. But maybe there’s a connection between doing crossword puzzles and being a quick-witted 94-year-old woman.
