User:Kelly (who appears to be male?) was blocked by User:Tznkai, the same person who showed up on Sept. 4 after a 2-1/2 year absence, the same day that the Chris Selwood letter appeared... since then the person has been practically on a tear, doing about 20 edits a day, and fewer than half of them are in actual articles.
Has anyone looked into the possibility that the Tznkai account was either hijacked, or else given away or sold by its original holder? |

Interesting - despite a big argument at ANI, and tentative agreement to unblock by the blocking admin, Od Mishehu declined the unblock request, citing "wide consensus".

I suppose anything is possible, but when explaining his/her involvement on ANI, Tznkai referred to his/her relationship with KC from the olden days. The theory can't really be disproven, but I seriously doubt it. Another possibility is that this individual has/had another account in the interim ... but unless they are silly enough to work from the same IP, that is random speculation with no basis whatsoever. |

No, I'm pretty sure that Tznkai is not a compromised account.. he's just coming from a time 2 1/2 years ago when Wiki wasn't Serius Bizness and a top 10 google result. I've had a few "discussions" with him via IRC over these issues.. he honestly believes in what he's saying.

Kelly's not helping with the refactoring that DID happen. (changing bad to incompetent wasn't going to help much). He was actually talking about his clerking back when Kelly Martin was part of ArbCom.. I guess he had to take some kind of emergency long term wikibreak. |

Tznkai is one of the reasons I don't edit wikipedia anymore. Guy pops up, gets chummy with jossi and the IDbitches and starts handing out blocks to the chums of jossi and his idpals.
