observation"??!! It could never
be emphasized enough! Given the provisions of the Federal Rules of Evidence, there is simply no way in hell that judicial notice should ever be given to anything appearing in Wikipedia. Ever.
Fortunately, most state rules of evidence are patterned on the federal rules or are otherwise rather similar. Frankily, the words "Wikipedia" and "judicial notice" have no business together in the same sentence, unless a rather prominent "NOT

" also appears.
