Giano Wars: Revenge of the ArbCom, More Soap Opera than Space Opera, though Options

Well, the Giano Wars continue.

Giano (T-C-L-K-R-D) was blocked under the ArbCom-placed civility parole for insulting Theresa Knott (T-C-L-K-R-D) .

Giano comes back as an IP to say hello to Bishonen (T-C-L-K-R-D) .

Charles Matthews (T-C-L-K-R-D) reblocks Giano for evading a block.

Moreschi (T-C-L-K-R-D) unblocks the block with the backing of several administrators.

FT2 (T-C-L-K-R-D) blocks Moreschi and Giano. Now its likely Moreschi may lose his sysop bit for his act of rebellion.

Many administrators now hate FT2 and Charles Matthews, but the Community is still heavily divided.

Sigh. And the tragedy continues.

Doc postures as if he's above-it-all, but it's clear that he loves this shit more than anyone and has felt compelled to scrutinize and pontificate upon every morsel of Giano drama since the !!-Durova affair last year and probably even before then.

If these "Let's get back to writing an encyclopedia, folks!" types were to be taken seriously, they would be completely disengaged from the diverting, melodramatic goings-on at the WR, the AN/I, and ArbCom. They would have none of those pages watchlisted and would be too busy actually writing/editing to find the time to haughtily urge others to stop rubbernecking.

Doc, I see you reading this! Repent, and admit you're not only a spectator (like us) but a season ticketholder.
