Dad Uses Google, Wikipedia to Deliver Baby

Does anyone know which Wikipedia article this guy used? When I Google how to deliver a baby, there are no Wikipedia articles on the first page of results, and the first result is from wikiHow, which has nothing to do with Wikipedia, correct? Wikipedia takes credit for something they didn't do, again...??

If there was any point to my post, it was more like this: I think there is a faction of the media and society in general that think Wikipedia is awesome, and like to point that out any chance they get, even to the point of crediting Wikipedia for something it didn't do, which I think was done in this case. Re the WMF's place, does "Wikipedia" have any official representatives other than those at the WMF? If there was an erroneous news story that was negative towards Wikipedia, rather than positive, who do you think would come forward to correct that?
