Who? I don't know if the fact that I spent three years at the Heart Of The Cabal and have never heard of this guy reflects well or badly on him. The Support section of his RFA reads like the Who's Who of Wikipedia's Fuckwits, though.

I wouldn't say it was particularly effective, though...
